Effective use of resources is an alias to effective management.   Here the resource can be anything a person, a vehicle, a computer, a printer, internet connection, subscription of digital library etc.  In this proposal we are put forwarding a solution to ensure the effective use of resources without any conflicts.  This system also will help to identify the idle resources of an environment.

The modules of this system are follows.

1.  Create users group
To define the user groups with privileges (Eg: Managers)

2.  Create users
Create the users who are going to use the resources under predefined user groups.
