This project is concerned with the design and development of Clinic Information System. Many hospitals identified the need for a website to manage the details of their patients and help patients to fix appointment with doctors without coming to hospital for it. A remedy to this is providing a website of each hospital. But from the client side, it is a Herculean task to surf all the websites of the hospitals.
